Estonko!
There are many forms of Native American music. Even in ancient times songs were
written about war, victory, death and birth, harvest, marriage and
celebration, honoring the spirits and everything imaginable about the existence of
life itself.
NDN
has learned from the past
while living in today's modern world, creating a new style of Native American
Rock. Covering everything from traditional chants to thundering hard rock and
beautiful ballads, they play with aggression combined with passion. Each song is
deliberate, structured and melodic. From the scorching guitars on "Great Spirit",
the tear in the voice on the
title track "Warrior's Pride" to the soul of the flute in "Home", you will hear
why this is music that transcends the norm and demands attention. Feeling the
heartbeat of the drum and listening to the lyrics in these songs will make the
blood boil in some while warming the heart in others. It will stir up primal urges
that cry out from the past while pointing towards hope for a brighter future as is
heard in "Indian", hailed by critics to soon become the new Native American
"National Anthem".

NDN
has been a vision
for Greg T. Walker. As the founding member and seventeen year veteran of the rock
group "Blackfoot", he has played to sold out stadiums, coliseums and arenas all
over the world. A proven songwriter, entertainer and mainstay in the music
industry, he has begun an exciting new journey featuring all original songs
displaying an affinity for his Creek heritage as well as Native peoples
everywhere. The writing and recording of this music was a labor of love. The
information and stories you will read on the pages within this site will allow you
to take a brief look into the lives of Greg T. Walker and Richard P. Luciano and
gain a little understanding of them as people and makers of music. It is with
great pride and heartfelt pleasure they present their music to you....Mvto!

The title says it all with a wall of guitar sound echoing as much
musical history as it does that of Native America. Greg T. Walker
of the legendary rock band, "Blackfoot", takes rock music to newer
dimentions with polished talent and heartfelt props to the
Original Americans. An album not to be missed! |

In times of glamorous hypes, in which the image seems to be more
important than the music itself, it's like an oasis in the desert
to hear the true and solid-based Native rock of NDN. Very
atmospheric! |

If you were picking a rhythm section for a Southern Rock "Hall of
Fame" band, Greg T. Walker would be first off the vine. His place
in Southern music is set in stone and he will always be remembered
as a member of the tightest rhythm section in history. |
